I’ve been living in Madrid for more than 30 years and, besides being a lover of the city, I know its neighbourhoods, its streets, its unique buildings, its places of interest and the characteristics of every area.
My interest in the real estate market has contributed to develop an activity in this sector after years searching and managing real estate.
My management experience in managerial positions in multinational companies and a double profile as a Senior Agricultural Engineer and expert in Marketing and Communication make the search and management of real estate a systematic, rigorous, documented and oriented towards the analysis of the true value of the investment. My ability to understand the needs of people helps me do every search in a personalized and selective way.
Because of my knowledge of Madrid, experience in the real estate market, ability to analyse, dedication, level of information and contacts, I can be the ideal partner to find the house or office that everyone is looking for.
Thanks to my international experience, accustomed to interacting in multicultural environments, my level of English and having lived in the US and UK, I can also help those who are not residents in Spain and who want to look for a property in Madrid.

With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, I have had the opportunity to consolidate myself as Project Promotion Manager in various areas of construction, as well as in the monitoring and control of assets, developing my skills as an auditor for the viability of projects, analysis of contracting, costs, planning, preparation and monitoring of reports during the execution and management of the property. My professional work includes coordinating external multidisciplinary teams, evaluating the quality of the product, technical facilitator in commercial tasks and control of phases of deactivation of works and activation of real estate management.
All this, gives me the peace of mind, confidence and satisfaction to ensure that the reform and rehabilitation projects that are undertaken are feasible, making your house a home and your workplace a comfortable space.
